Terms of purchase.

These terms govern the one-time purchase of the AI Product Truth Incident Report from Conecta Media LLC, an Illinois company. By purchasing the report, the customer agrees to these terms.

The report is an observational audit of what selected AI consumer interfaces return for the customer’s 3 hero SKUs during the audit window. The standard scope is 4 buyer-intent prompts per SKU across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and Microsoft Copilot, with 2 clean US sessions each, for 96 total runs.

The deliverable includes timestamped evidence for reproducible price, availability, lifecycle, specification, or substitution problems; the conflicting source; severity classification; recommended corrections; a PDF report; and a CSV finding log.

AI Product Truth and Conecta Media LLC are not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, or Perplexity.

Findings reflect observations at the time they are captured. AI assistant outputs, cited sources, retailer data, and product availability can change. The report does not represent that a captured output will remain unchanged after delivery.

After checkout, the customer must provide the brand site URL, 3 hero SKUs with current prices, and the canonical product page for each SKU. A short intake email is sent after purchase.

The 48-hour delivery window begins when Conecta Media LLC receives the catalog truth data needed to run the audit. Missing, delayed, or inaccurate customer information may delay delivery or affect the comparison.

The AI Product Truth Incident Report is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The founding price is $299. The list price after the founding cohort is $499.

The PDF report and CSV are delivered within 48 hours of receiving the customer’s catalog truth data.

if fewer than three material, reproducible discrepancies are found, the purchase is refunded in full and the customer keeps all evidence collected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
